Alexis and Tyler’s engagement session last month included both the Rock Quarry Garden and some new spots in the Historic District of downtown Greenville!! It was a session filled with blooms and beautiful light and was a great way to kick off all our spring sessions!
They knew they wanted photos at the Rock Quarry Garden so we made sure to make that happen first! After that, they were open to any other spots in Greenville that we wanted to try! Their session also happened to be during peak time for blooms and we were determined for them to have some photos in all the blooms. We spent a good amount of time driving around and looking for the perfect spots and found all the pretty blooming trees! It was totally worth it though for these photos!!
The Downtown and Falls Park area of Greenville can make for gorgeous and fun photos, but we love finding new spots and having couples who trust us to take photos in the blooms on a random side walk! For the second half of Alexis & Tyler’s session we walked around the Historic District. It is a new favorite location for sure! We loved the fact that it still had the classy downtown feel without the craziness of being right in downtown!
A few other fun details about their session… We LOVED that Alexis kept it dressy with their outfits! She decided to wear two dresses and we 100% support that! We always encourage our couples to dress up a bit for their engagement session so why not wear 2 different dresses to make it even more fun?! And the red and pink were the perfect pop with the green starting to show on the trees and the pink blooms!
We can’t wait to celebrate with these two in September at 1800 Drayton!!
