All inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours during our office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am- 5 pm). Please note that we are out of office on weekends for weddings. All weekend inquires will be responded to the following Monday.

Your images (both engagement/bridal session & wedding day) will be delivered through an online gallery. From the gallery you can download the photos as well as order through the gallery shop and have your photos sent directly to you!
HOW DO I VIEW AND PRINT MY IMAGES?
Engagement photos are perfect for your save-the-dates! Depending when your wedding day is, your engagement session can take place as soon as a few weeks after booking, or a month before the wedding!
WHEN SHOULD WE SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
We require a $2000 deposit to secure the date, then the final balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding!
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
We love efficiency and we also know you are excited to see your photos! We promise your full gallery to be delivered in 4-6 weeks... with a few sneak peeks before then.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
This is your big day and a first look is completely up to you! However, we definitely encourage it because it creates a special moment for the two of you and gives you more time at your reception. You can read more on our blog here!
DO WE HAVE TO DO A FIRST LOOK?
First of all, we will teach you everything! We have a whole system for posing which is super simple and is based off core poses with prompts intermixed. You will both be pros in no time!
HOW DOES POSING WORK?
We take LOTS of photos! But after we sort through and edit them, we deliver about 100 photos per hour of coverage.
How many images will i receive?
Absolutely! We always share recent galleries with every single couple who inquires with us.
