Historic Hopkins Farm engagement sessions are always our favorite!! A little over two weeks ago we photographed Kelley & Forrest’s wedding at the farm and then went back a few days later for Grayson & Jacob’s engagement session! We love that there are endless different locations and we did photos in spots we had never used before! And those ended up being our favorite!
Grayson & Jacob met in college, and are now getting married in less than 4 months!! We can’t wait for their wedding in Greenville! Their reception is at the venue at Falls Park and it is going to make for such a classy downtown wedding!
A few things we loved about this session… Grayson did an amazing job with their outfits! We loved the pop of color with the greenery! And of course you can’t go wrong with blue 😉 Speaking of blue, make sure you scroll down to see photos of her ring! Another favorite part of these photos is all the unique compositions from the scenery at Historic Hopkins! From the huge trees to picket fences, those elements add a lot to the framing of the images!! And last but not least, these two rocked our prompts! We use a mix of poses as well as prompts to encourage more movement and genuine emotion. We pulled out a few prompts towards the end of their session when we were out in the field and we loved the final images!
