This beautiful downtown Greenville wedding at The Westin Poinsett Hotel finished out our wedding season as our 23rd wedding for 2023! All you number-loving people will love that detail and we’ve gotta say, it was a satisfying way to keep track of our year! And what’s even more wild is that we shot 22 weddings in 2022, and currently have 24 weddings on the books for 2024!! And while the 2024 numbers could change, we’re loving the current trend, haha!
All that to say, we spent Saturday with Caroline and Zach and truly enjoyed every second.
When we say these two have the sweetest souls, sweetest love, and sweetest personalities, we wholeheartedly mean it! Caroline and Zach were genuinely invested in every moment and ecstatic for a day of celebrating together which, as the bride and groom, sets the tone for the day and instantly means everyone around them had the same outlook! We love a day full of happiness!
We spent the beginning of the day at The Westin Poinsett, with everyone getting ready, amongst all the holiday decor, with Christmas music filling the rooms. If we weren’t in the Christmas spirit before, we certainly are now! Their ceremony took place at Caroline’s home church, where she was dedicated, baptized, and grew up. Spending many hours in this place, it was fitting that this next stage of life for her and Zach was started in such a special location!
Y’all know we’re here for southern details and classy style, so Caroline’s satin trumpet gown (with a BOW!) that she bought off the rack on Tuesday (yes, 4 days before the wedding!) had to have been a favorite gown of the year, and the monogrammed napkins that adorned the head table were simply adorable! Caroline’s mother, Jane, embroidered them herself! Jane, we think you have a new business at hand, haha! 😉 Keep your eye out for a few other embroidered details and their monogram making an appearance! Like their cake…Allessa, you are too good!!
Mr. and Mrs. Glick, we’re wishing you two ALL the best! We hope you have a very merry first-married Christmas!!
