Chelsea & Keenan just welcomed their baby BOY into the world!! We are so happy we got to fit in their maternity session just weeks before he made his arrival!
Chelsea & Keenan have done engagement photos in Charleston and their wedding took place there as well! Because of that, they wanted a slightly different look from the downtown scenery or mossy oak trees…while still looking very “Charleston”! They decided on Pitt Street Bridge for their session which is located in Mount Pleasant. It has a gorgeous palm tree line as well as an ideal view of the Ravenel Bridge!
The weather that day was a combination of sunshine and downpours, and when we went to start their session the wind had also started blowing. We went to the location early to scope out our spots for their session and realized the wind was whipping out on the bridge since it is right on the water! For that reason, we decided to start the session in the Old Village Historic District (which is still such a cute spot with so many quaint houses and scenic backgrounds!). We decided to give it a go and try some photos on the bridge at the end of the session. You can even see the palm trees blowing in the photos! Despite the intense wind and cold, it was worth it for the photos!!
