Melissa and Robert are the smiliest, most joyful, and sweet-as-can-be couple there ever was!! They are so dang cute together and a blast to photograph! They’re photogenic, genuine, and always up for ANY photo opportunity. They ran, they dipped, they cheered, and we’re convinced they missed a career in modeling! 

After a full weekend of weddings at Legare Waring House, we keep saying (because it’s true!) that Legare Waring House is a top favorite venue for us! It has endless beautiful rooms inside (we get to shoot getting ready photos in a different room each time!) and endless beautiful backdrops that are great no matter the lighting scenario. And of course we’ll never get over cocktail hours on the lawn overlooking the mossy oak trees (and some alligator sightings…), elegant photos by the gate, and ceremonies under the avenue of oaks. Natural beauty enhanced by some stunning florals and adorable people is the best combination there could be! 

We’ve been squealing with excitement about Melissa & Robert’s wedding day since they inquired with us. On our first phone call, Melissa told us that she came across our work on instagram and immediately sent a post to Robert and her best friend and said, “I have to have them!” And here we are! Saturday was the culmination of all that excitement between us for their day and it lived up to every hope and dream! From Melissa’s floral appliqué dress that complimented the Lowcountry surroundings flawlessly, to the way Robert looked at his bride and their enthusiasm the whole day! 

Our candid-loving hearts are beyond excited about the photos that capture the in-between moments of their parents and friends cheering them on, on-lookers out the windows, and “The Woolley’s” making it in the background of dancing photos!! These are the photos that make our hearts happy on these special days!

Melissa and Robert, we love y’all and it was a joy to watch you celebrate becoming Mr. & Mrs. Woolley!!
