Greenville has it’s perks for sure, but when it comes to scenic fall locations, sometimes we venture a little north!! We’ve visited Lake Lure for the day the past three years during this season, and the fall colors are always phenomenal! But we’re pretty sure that they were by far the best we’ve ever seen for Jordyn and Ryan’s engagement session!

Saturday in a small mountain town in peak-season means there can be some crowds!! But Jordyn and Ryan were SO patient as we dodged the people! We started their session at the Riverwalk in Chimney Rock and then headed to Morse Park! Because it was a cloudy day, it opened up many opportunities for photo spots that we haven’t had while shooting here in the past. We also did some exploring in Morse Park and stumbled upon the mountain-side location! Totally looks like it could be a location far more northern than NC!!

Jordyn and Ryan are relaxed, interactive, and in love!! Ryan keeps Jordyn laughing, that’s for sure! They smiled, laughed, and we had the best time together!! We’ll see you two in Columbia in 2024!!
