Ever since Marina and Jordan reached out about their wedding at Up on the Roof we’ve been excited!! We love Marina’s classic style and knew that their wedding in Downtown Greenville was going to be beautiful! And it was! These two got married with all of Greenville as a backdrop on a perfect sunny, May morning!

When we got their invitation in the mail a few months ago we got even more excited because of the blue floral design! We were in our dream photographing Marina’s blue shoes and other blue details! We may be partial to dusty blue (our favorite color), but we have to say that it makes a gorgeous summer color palette!!

The bridesmaids’ dresses were different from any we’ve ever seen and we’re officially stealing the idea for our own future weddings!! All the girls had different patterned floral dresses, all with shades of blue and yellow! It was a fun twist to the usual matching dresses and we loved that each one was unique. We have a running list of our favorite wedding trends and this one is at the top!!

Marina and Jordan moved to Greenville after law school so all their guests were from other cities. What a fun way to see the best of Greenville but from the roof! We would definitely say that their family and friends got an awesome perspective of our city. We did a majority of their photos at the Wyche Pavilion and you could see it from Up on the Roof which was so fun!! 

This day would not be complete without a delicious brunch that we were all looking forward to! Ruth Chris Steakhouse catered an amazing meal including shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and so many other amazing brunch items. It was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten!!

Marina and Jordan’s cake was transported all the way from Alabama! And it wasn’t just cake, it was a cheesecake and it was so. good. Yes, we definitely tried a piece! Because when it’s been brought that far, you know it’ll be worth it!!

Sunday was such a beautiful day to celebrate these two! We hope y’all are having the best time in Hawaii!!
