Gabby & Blake’s wedding at Tin Roof Farms couldn’t have gone better! These two are full of joy and laughed right along with us the whole day. And being ahead of schedule for a majority of the day alleviated any stress which allowed the day to go so smoothly!
You’ll see a fair amount of “cheering” photos in this post and with good reason! A lot of these were genuine moments, and we caught on quickly that Gabby and Blake and their wedding party were all about celebrating! When we asked their wedding party to cheer multiple times for photos, they told us this was definitely their thing 😉 However, no posing was involved in the photo of Blake’s excitement after their ceremony!!
We’re seeing a theme here with Gabby’s bridal portraits and their wedding day…when it comes to the weather we were definitely hesitant about a downpour but both days worked out just perfectly!! The cloud may have looked threatening but it went right around us! And we were all very thankful for some clouds on a July afternoon!
Rain or shine, we would have had amazing spaces to work with at Tin Roof Farms. They have two beautiful indoor spaces with all the white walls and natural light which is a photographer’s dream! They also gained a lot of points with their golf cart designated specifically for the photographers 🙂 Because the venue has so much space and land surrounding it, golf carts are essential and very convenient!!
We did their family photos, wedding party, and bride and groom portraits after the ceremony and we always tell couples to “take a smile break” after a large set of photos. However, when we told Blake this he said “I don’t think I could possibly take this smile off my face!” And that sums up the joy throughout their day so well!
Gabby and Blake, those six years were well worth the wait!! You’re married now!!
