We always say how much we adore September weddings, and this Piedmont Club wedding in Spartanburg certainly earned its place among our top favorites of the season! We had the pleasure of photographing Claire and Grant’s Charleston engagement session last year, as well as Claire’s bridal session more recently. These two are no strangers to being in front of our cameras, and their comfort and connection with us made their wedding day flow effortlessly. We captured their day on both digital and film, and we’re excited to share some of our favorite highlights from both formats below.
The invitations and bridesmaid dresses featured beautiful varying shades of pink, a perfect nod to Claire’s favorite color. Her mother wore a breathtaking Mac Duggal gown that beautifully complemented the entire color palette of the day — we’re absolutely obsessed with how it all came together!
For their Piedmont Club wedding, we were fortunate to have access to the stunning courtyard, which turned out to be the perfect backdrop for their photos. The afternoon light filtered softly through the trees, casting a perfect, golden glow. The natural beauty of the space harmonized beautifully with their elegant color scheme, creating a timeless setting for their portraits.
The ballroom, with its tall ceilings and elegant charm, set the perfect scene for the evening’s festivities. Giant balloons floated overhead, a fun accent to the party, while the checkered dance floor encouraged guests to dance the night away.

The moments right after the ceremony are always our absolute favorites, and Claire and Grant’s post-ceremony celebration was no exception. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the joy and excitement in the air were palpable. The heartfelt reactions and genuine emotions from everyone involved were absolutely priceless.
