When it comes to Greenville engagement sessions, we have a few favorite spots! Furman University is one of those locations that we get excited to go back to again and again! We were thrilled to document Kristen and Cole’s session here since it is place they spend a lot of time at walking their pups and enjoying the scenery. With Kristen’s floral Reformation dress, the background couldn’t have been better! All the bright greens and the white house behind them made them pop!

Usually, during engagement sessions, Jacqueline will have at least one creative vision that we have to make happen! 😉 For this session, it was the third photo down on the left! We love how Kristen and Cole were framed by the porch, the foreground of the tree branch in front, and the small gap in the bushes that looks like they were just made for a photo in this very spot!! No matter what location you’re at, we promise you will get those epic photos! Kristen also mentioned a photo overlooking the Koi Pond in the gardens, and we knew that would be a good one because it’s one of our favorite Furman shots! You’ll see that photo below and immediately see what we mean when we say that nothing can beat the lush, green backgrounds of mid-summer engagement!

Kristen and Cole are Traveler’s Rest locals and will be getting married at South Wind Ranch this coming Spring! They’ll be close to home and we can’t wait to shoot at a beautiful venue in the Upstate! Until then, you’ll definitely see them popping up on our Instagram feed because these two are adorable together!! 😉
