Travel documentation was one of the original ways we fell in love with photography. As destination wedding photographers, new places are what inspire us and spark creativity. In a way, documenting the culture, the light, the big picture views the smallest details of a new city align organically with our love for wedding days and documenting those same elements for our couples. When we get to visit new places for destination weddings, we will always allot time prior to the wedding weekend to explore the city and capture it through our lens. Our trip to Italy was no exception, and we have both digital and film formats to share from our visit.
A look at: Positano
The city that shines night & day. The colors are radiant when the sun hits them, yet it is still glows even at night from the buildings lining the coastline

A look at: Florence
Culture & life tucked in every corner. This image below may be our favorite of all. The open windows, the street dining, the eclectic assortment of dining furniture makes it perfectly imperfect Italian dining experience.

A look at: Amalfi
Our two strongest memories of this city feel like opposites: the constant bustle & crowds of tourists everywhere you went, and the way the sun caught the ocean just right. Down in the city, everything felt chaotic but from the terrace above, all you could see were colorful umbrellas and shimmering water. Looking back, it was a good reminder that sometimes it takes a different perspective to notice the beauty.

A look at: Capri
An island looming in the distance of the coast, where the crystal blue water and magnificent towering rock create a setting that leaves you in awe.
