Y’all, Camden & Katie are so. much. fun!! We shot their engagement session at Historic Hopkins Farm and we took so many new favorite images!! This location is always gorgeous but you can’t beat the vibrant summertime colors! It was a typical SC evening – hot and humid! They both have been living in Florida for school, so thankfully they are used to the heat and they willingly put up with being very close to each other for two hours in the humidity! They both agreed that Florida weather is way worse and they are ready to be back in Greenville, so maybe we don’t actually have it so bad haha!! Katie lived in Florida before going to college, but Camden came from Greenville to UCF and that’s where it all started! They met at college and haven’t looked back since!
Camden & Katie trusted us during the entire time during their shoot and we loved them for that! They were both so laid back and willing to do whatever crazy things we asked them to do! We always have couples tell us that they want to be told what to do and we always assure them that we will tell them everything they need to know… In fact, we most likely won’t stop calling out instructions the entire time and before y’all know it you will pros at it and doing everything on your own by the end ;)Also, can we all agree that they did an amazing job with their outfits?! You cannot go wrong with florals and you all know that we are 100% on board for y’all wearing anything blue! 😉
We cannot wait for their wedding at Pretty Place in August! Six weeks left y’all!!
P.S. Historic Hopkins does weddings on their property which would be absolutely gorgeous!! Someone get married here, ok?
If you enjoyed this post, be sure to check out these (and stay tuned for their wedding blog post in a few weeks!!)
